I have been in the food industry for so many years and it’s a rare occasion for me to come across an idea that actually shakes and moves me. I’m talking about the dynamic movement called Menus of Change. This is the brainchild of a collaboration between the Culinary Institute of America and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. At its core, this initiative is all for revolutionising our approach towards the relationships of food, health, environment, and our social responsibilities. That is, for me, the most basic explanation I can give about Menus of Change but it’s entirety is something that is even far greater than I can even explain in one blog post. But here’s what I can do: I can join in on the conversation.
